Carol Turner
Carol Turner is a health care professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in a variety of roles. A registered health care professional, Carol is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), graduating from Fanshawe College in 2006. She also holds a Baccalaureate in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Global Leadership.
After providing direct patient care services in various organizations including London Health Science Centre, Bluewater Health and Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA), Carol assumed the Coordinator role in Infection Prevention and Control Department at CKHA. After serving in that role for over 5 years, Carol transitioned into the role of Change Management and Clinical Engagement where she took on a number of responsibilities including; project management, LEAN project leadership, clinical engagement and process re-engineering. Carol has experience in LEAN tools and techniques and has achieved her green-belt status. She has obtained Certification in Infection Control (CIC) and is a successful graduate of the Leadership Discovery Experience and the Executive Program for Health System Innovation Program offered in the Erie-St. Clair LHIN in partnership with the Ivey School of Business, International Centre for Health Innovation.
