Rob Ptacek specializes in organizational and leadership development and Lean Enterprise transformations. He is an Approved Scanlon Leadership Network Consultant and a Senior Advisor to the National Association for Job Shops and Small Manufactures (NAJS). He serves as an adjunct instructor in courses covering Management. Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Lean Champion Certification at several local universities and colleges. Rob has authored and co-authored a wide range of articles on Leadership and Continuous Improvement topics. He is a nationally sought-after speaker on leadership and continuous improvement topics for many industry associations throughout the U.S. Rob has held leadership positions in Quality, Sales, and Operations Management, and has over 25 years of practical experience implementing continuous improvements in a variety of industries. He holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and Masters of Management from Aquinas College.
