Andrea Sperl

Andrea’s vast marketing and interactive experience stems from 16 years in the advertising industry in various Account Management roles at BBDO, Campbell-Ewald, Doner and Media Genesis.  With expertise in integrated marketing strategy, some of her experience includes websites, apps, eNewsletters, eLearning, Search Engine Optimization, TV, radio, print, direct marketing, video production, and talent management.  Her drive and dedication contributed to successful campaigns for clients in industries like healthcare, automotive, law, non-profit, education, banking and telecom to name a few.

In 2010 her husband, Todd convinced her to bring her marketing skills and passion for efficiency to Lean Fox.  Today, Andrea enjoys her role managing the marketing and keeping the Lean Fox office running smoothly. For many years she has been applying Lean principles like PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) and 5S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in her roles at the office and at home.  When it comes to cleaning rooms, she’s a strong believer in “doing today’s work today”, much to the chagrin of Andrea and Todd’s children, Allie and Mac.  Andrea earned her MBA at Wayne State University, Detroit MI and her BFA (graphic design) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.  She enjoys gardening and bicycling
